This is a 6 week support service that follows traditional postpartum nutrition. With a focus on nutrient dense, easy to digest, whole food recipes that are designed to support childbirth recovery. This service is provided as an all inclusive package that includes all purchased food, meal prep service for 3 daily meals and 2 daily snacks for you and your support person, and 3 hours of support per week that focuses on assisting you with your recovery.
